We ship our products carefully and lovingly packaged within Germany and to many EU countries.

<li>Free shipping on orders over €69</li>
<li>Delivery time: approx. 2–5 business days</li>
</ul>
<h3>Shipping within the EU</h3>
Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.

<li>Austria: from €11.90</li>
<li>Other EU countries: from €12.90</li>
</ul>
Delivery time within the EU is generally approx. 4–10 business days.
We ship via DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS, or GLS depending on the destination region.

<h2>Order Tracking</h2>
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link by email.
You can check the current status of your shipment at any time via our tracking page.

<h2>Returns & Cancellation</h2>
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please note:

<li>Products must be unused and in their original packaging.</li>
<li>Personalised or custom-made products are excluded from returns.</li>

To initiate a return, please contact us by email in advance.
Once we have received and inspected the return, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with a product, please contact us directly upon receipt with photos of the item and packaging.
We will work together to find a suitable solution.
